Messy problem of dog fouling

I AM utterly disgusted about the amount of dog mess around Worcester Lane, Darnel Hurst Road and the St Blaise Road areas of Four Oaks. I would recommend all noble patrons of this area to challenge everyone with dogs walking these roads as not only is it illegal for them to not clean up but also dangerous.

I have complained to the council, who have cleaned the pavements up and placed signs on the lamp posts.

It generally must happen at night as it would be too obvious otherwise. It was even worse during the snow.

I hope the council catches and fines the offenders £1,000.
